  1. I’ve recently started drinking Kava tea. I found it at local organic/health food store, it’s a Yogi brand tea. I’ve found it to be really relaxing, though a nice hot cup of tea always hits me the right way. Also, if you mix in a pinch of sugar and some milk it tastes a bit like a hot chocolate.

  2. I have high levels of anxiety. I’ve had a few anxiety attacks. I might try that kava if they have it here in australia. Also might try adding lavender oil to my regular hot bath. I don’t have a hot bath often in summer though. I knew exercise is good for depression but I wouldn’t of thought it did any good for anxiety. Interesting

  4. Love those tips! I’m all about natural remedies for anxiety, they have worked best for me. Valium or Prozac caused just awkward side effects and didn’t help. Also meditation is really effective, so is just accepting the whole situation and facing it (like panic attack).

  5. Massages help a lot. If I can’t afford one, a back rub or a foot rub will do the trick. Sometimes I use self-reflexology and it helps me to sleep
